My name is Don, and I have to admit up front that I … severely dislike Donald Trump (I do not like to use the word “hate” when it comes to how I feel about people). I am also a musician – music has been part of my life since before I can remember. However, my singing and playing instruments are not what they used to be in my younger years. With the advent of music A.I. (suno.com is the one I use), I realized I could once again be involved with music. I write the lyrics, enter parameters and prompts for how I want the music to sound, and sometimes the arrangement;  suno does everything else – the arrangement (if I haven’t already decided on one), the music and instruments, and the voices. Some people say this is artificial and not real music. They also said it about electric guitars, synthesizers, recording loops, sampling, drum machines – all of those things are generally accepted now. Personally, I am looking forward to when you can put a helmet on your head and create the music you are envisioning in audible form. But until then, I will continue to make music any way I can – it’s in my blood. Happy listening!!!
